Oct 3, 2014 My computer is an XPS 14 Ultrabook. The other 2 are Dell Latitudes. All three are running Windows 7 64 bit. My computer has usb 3.0 ports and the other 2 have 2.0 ports. I tried experimenting and turning on usb debug in the bios but that did nothing. All my USB drivers appear to be up to date. Any help would be appreciated.
